Why I started ADH-Me

"I’m not a disorder, and I’m also not defined by it."

"To be honest, I hate the term ADHD — the D for disorder bothers me because of how much of a benefit it can be for people," explains Ryan. As someone living with ADHD himself, Ryan recognises the incredible strengths the condition brings.

"I know it has its shortfalls, but it’s ME. I’d be lost without the energy and enthusiasm it gives me — I see how others around me benefit from those qualities too."

More than just a clever play on words, ADH-Me represents a deeply personal approach to ADHD assessment and support.

"ADHD is personal to everyone; each person is affected differently, which is why ADH-Me values an individualised approach. It’s about helping clients to understand themselves better and instilling hope and confidence in the condition they have."

Through ADH-Me, Ryan combines clinical expertise with lived experience, offering care that goes beyond diagnosis.
